www.accessdata.com = AccessData, once famous for their Password Recovery Toolkit now have a new offering worth checking out; Forensic Toolkit (FTK). Please, do yourself a favor and check out this tool. Still under development, but some very key features make this worth checking out.
www.asrdata.com = ASR Data Acquisition & Analysis, LLC. Mr. Andrew Rosen's home. Remember EXPERT WITNESS? Well, check out SMART! You're gonna love it, trust me. And, oh by the way, have you read any of the major newspapers lately? Seems ASR Data has been hired to work the Enron investigation. Talk about a major case!
www.dmares.com = Mares and Company, LLC. Check out Dan Mares site ... Maresware is there! All you DOS lovers will take to Danny's tools like bees to honey! And Danny has ported a few of them over to Linux.
www.encase.com = Guidance Software homepage. EnCase is an excellent tool for data forensic examiners processing their cases on a Win32 platform. A bit pricey, but with so many features you'll forget the price!
www.ilook-forensics.org = iLook new home page. Visit for free, but download iLook only if you are in Law Enforcement. Apparently Elliot has given control of iLook to the Department of U.S. Treasury.
www.porcupine.org/forensics/ = Dan Farmer and Wietse Venema put their best work here - go get THE CORONER'S TOOLKIT for all your volatile information gathering!
www.toolsthatwork.com = Byte Back . . . seems as if with every day comes a new tool. Here's another data forensic tool worth checking out. Reverse Sector Imaging is a pretty slick feature. The latest version has many features worth looking into.
